Strategic Accounts Specialist

 

CoventBridge is seeking an experienced Strategic Accounts Specialist to join our Strategic Accounts Team.  This position will ideally work out of our Jacksonville, FL office, but a remote (home based) location will be considered for the right candidate.  The Strategic Accounts Specialist is responsible for supporting the Strategic Accounts Team, and will report to the Assistant VP. 

 

Responsibilities/ Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) in the area of processing and posting reports to the appropriate claim file
  • Proofread investigative reports for format, grammar and sentence structure
  • Evaluate reports and ensure all objectives were met including client specific instructions and company policies and procedures
  • Conduct quality control review of investigative work and communicate with Case Managers or other appropriate partners on investigation and report quality
  • Complete case maintenance activities such as monitoring due dates and completing case related paperwork.
  • Provides occasional direction and interacts with staff to ensure a highly motivated, quality-focused investigative team
  • Communicates effectively with both internal and external customers regarding progress of assigned cases and recommendations for further initiatives
  • Assists in oversight of assigned cases until closing while maintaining accurate and well-organized case files.  Includes data processing and file administration
  • Assist in any administrative procedures required for final report and evidence delivery to client
  • Assist other administrative departments including input, invoicing and video processing as needed
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum experience in Insurance Fraud Investigations, or any combination of education and experience appropriate to demonstrate the competencies necessary to perform the essential job functions
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, & multi task
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
  • Skilled with Microsoft office products

 

Educational Qualifications:  

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.  An Associate Degree or above is desired, preferably in Criminal Justice or closely related field

The salary range for this role is $17 - $19 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
