Assistant Territory Manager 

 

CoventBridge Group  is seeking an experienced Assistant Territory Manager to join our Operations Team. The Assistant Territory Manager supports the Operations Team and will report directly to a Network Services Territory Manager.  You will assist in managing day-to-day investigations, focusing on quality, and meeting all contractual requirements. You will communicate with the field staff and clients as necessary.

 

Responsibilities/ Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:

  • Develop and maintain a highly effective working relationship with Territory Managers/Investigators.
  • Review and approve updates and reports. Post final invoices.
  • Follow-up on all reports returned by the client. Document noncompliance.
  • Ability to interpret referrals for investigation and assist field staff in investigations as needed.
  • Schedule investigations on an as-needed basis.
  • Confirm that due dates are adjusted as needed and that current case statuses are correct.
  • Proactively review files to ensure investigations are completed per the client requirements.
  • Participate in monthly conference calls with the associated Territory Manager, field staff, and client.
  • Complete miscellaneous projects for the Territory Manager and VP of Operations as directed.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and assist Field Investigators as necessary.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, & multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team setting or individually.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be analytical and efficient in your approach to solving problems.
  • Strong computer and software skills (i.e., typing, Microsoft Office products, experience with working in proprietary databases & other systems)
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills

Educational/ Experience Qualifications:

  • An associate degree or above is desired, preferably in Criminal Justice or a closely related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of field experience or in a support position in management. Investigative experience preferred.
  • Network Service experience with CoventBridge preferred.

The salary range for this role is $19 - $22 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
