Responsibilities/ Requirements

As an Invoicing Specialist, you will support daily operations by finalizing invoices, reviewing investigative documentation, and ensuring accurate billing throughout the lifecycle of each case. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in ensuring seamless client delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure accurate billing throughout the full lifecycle of each investigative case

  • Finalize invoices and meet weekly processing metrics and deadlines

  • Verify that all investigative reports and supporting documentation are client-ready

  • Assist with overflow support on the phone system as needed

  • Communicate with clients to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and exceed expectations

  • Follow up daily with internal teams across the CoventBridge Group network to maintain case progression and closure

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications

  • Self-motivated and accountable, with a proactive mindset and a drive for excellence

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy

  • Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions and adapt to changing priorities

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma (associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred)
  • Or one-year related experience and/or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

The salary range for this role is $17 - $19 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
