CoventBridge is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team. This position is responsible for sourcing high quality candidates at the appropriate market rates throughout the U.S. and will report directly to the Recruiting Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

 

Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Staffing requisitions as assigned, meeting productions and “time to fill” targets
  • The requisitions must be properly filled with quality candidates whom have been requested by a VP of Shared Services
  • Sourcing, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, writing and extending job offers to candidates and must build a healthy relationship with each viable candidate.
  • Screening resumes, seeking out qualified candidates from Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter and any other job boards or database
  • Performing phone and in person interviews with candidates as applicable
  • Administering appropriate pre-employment assessments and testing
  • Coordinating introductions with new hire at each transition level to each department
  • Following up on the interview process status through iCIMS Hiring systems
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Completing weekly reports on recruiting activity
  • Coordinating with the credentialing team to ensure all documentation is completed
  • Open communications with all candidates, peers, and internal customers
  • Any other assigned job responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ minimum experience in Insurance Fraud Investigations and 1 year Recruiting experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, & multi task
  • Consistently demonstrate critical thinking with the ability to make sound judgement and decisions
  • Experience with iCIMS Application Tracking & Onboarding systems preferred
  • Expertise with job boards such as, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Monster, & others preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent judge of character
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Ability to act quickly and decisively
  • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook

Educational/ Experience Qualifications:

 

  • Associates or bachelors degree in criminal justice, human resources or business is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED.
