Location: Jacksonville, Florida | Department: Human Resources | Reports to: VP of HR

Responsibilities/ Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll partner with leaders and employees across the organization to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. You’ll:

  • Lead with influence: Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive compliance excellence: Ensure adherence to multi-state employment laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Champion the employee lifecycle: From onboarding to offboarding, help deliver a consistent and engaging experience.
  • Elevate HR operations: Support compensation programs, performance reviews, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Spark engagement: Support projects that strengthen culture, learning, and employee connection.
  • Be a builder: Help refine HR policies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that move the organization forward.
  • Make data matter: Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-state environment.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
  • Proven success in employee relations and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong HRIS and MS Office proficiency.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

The salary range for this role is $75k to $80k annually.  This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
