Network Services Administrative Specialist

CoventBridge is seeking a Network Services Administrative Specialist in our Jacksonville, FL office.  The Network Services Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting the Network Services Investigative Team and will report directly to the VP of Operations. 

At this time, CoventBridge is not considering candidates who require visa sponsorship, currently or in the future, including but not limited to H-1B, H-2B, E-3, TN, O-1, F-1 (OPT/CPT, or J-1 Visa Statuses.)

Responsibilities/ Requirements

Responsibilities:

 

Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:

  • Develop and maintain a highly effective working relationship with Network Services Case Managers.
  • Review and approve reports. Complete invoicing and grading on assignments.
  • Review and follow up on all files in the pending report for document noncompliance.
  • Follow-up on all rejected reports and updates for document noncompliance.
  • Communicate with field staff. Receive verbal and written updates and provide statuses to clients.
  • Ability to conduct pre-surveillance investigations to aid the Investigative staff.
  • Schedule investigations on an as needed basis.
  • Check due dates and current statuses on cases. Make sure they are on track for deadlines.
  • Proactively review files to ensure we investigations are being completed government requirements.
  • Participate in monthly conference calls with Network Services client.
  • Complete miscellaneous projects for the Network Services Managers and VP of Operations.
  • Receive and document evidence from the Investigative staff.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management.  

Requirements:

  • Experience in Insurance Fraud Investigations or any combination of education and experience appropriate to demonstrate the competencies necessary to perform the essential job functions.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask.
  • Foster teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be analytical and efficient in your approach to solving problems.
  • Flexibility with schedule as deemed by the business need.

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment preferred

The salary range for this role is $17 - $18 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
