Sales Executive – Healthcare Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) Investigation Services

Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking a sales professional with a verifiable record in healthcare services for a new position selling Fraud Waste and Abuse software and services.

 

The Sales Executive role promotes the CoventBridge Group brand, products, and services in the Healthcare Services marketplace by taking a consultative approach to client acquisition. With extensive knowledge of health system payer operations and leveraging current and new decision-maker relationships, this key individual will collaborate with prospective clients to educate them on CoventBridge products and help realize solutions that meet their FWA needs, leading to successful closure of new client partnerships.

The Sales Executive will be seen as an experienced professional leader in the healthcare service space, represent the company at industry events and demonstrate the company’s commitment to advancing healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse curtailment solutions.

Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:

  • Develop and execute on territory and account planning goals that drive continued growth.
  • Utilizing a consultative approach, orchestrate and manage key accounts and outsourcing partnerships.
  • Deliver a proposition that demonstrates the value of our offering to the prospect’s specific needs that satisfies their purchasing criteria.
  • Build and manage a realistic but robust pipeline that ensures achievement of current year goals with a view to future year achievement.
  • Fifty percent (50%) or more travel may be required. 

Communicating as an Industry Leader:

  • Communicate brand message and provide thought leadership to build awareness with prospects, and industry participants.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns to drive predictable lead conversions.
  • Build momentum for the company leveraging existing C-Suite and decision-maker relationships as well as developing and managing new relationships.
  • Represent the company at various industry events as a participant and speaker/presenter as appropriate.
  • Strategic Growth Focus: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging market trends, competitor activities, emerging new products, and the shifting consumer behaviors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Action-Oriented: Translate marketplace insights and future industry trends into actionable sales strategies and territory growth plans.

Being an Effective Team Member:

  • Effectively collaborate with internal operations with a focus on executing successful new client sales and implementations
  • Provide insight into business processes to support efficient commercial client experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Broad understanding of healthcare operations and respective services with a proven record of closing large complex deals that touch multiple operations groups.
  • Strong familiarity with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCO, and Commercial Healthcare
  • Knowledge of Fraud, Waste and Abuse prevention and Program Integrity are highly preferred.
  • Strong presence with existing C-Suite relationships with key leadership and is known as a trusted advisor.
  • Initiative-taker - Ability to identify and advance opportunities with minimal supervision. Manage and schedule time independently.

  • Financial acumen - Ability to translate complex healthcare FWA solutions and work with Executive team to establish rational proposals and pricing.
  • Moderate proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to work in sitting position, use a computer, and operate a telephone.
  • Ability to travel nationally.
  • Must be able to work within an office work environment. 

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare services or consulting sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related area or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Healthcare Fraud, Waste and Abuse outsourcing is preferred.
  • Verifiable record of selling into the C-Suite and other high-level decision makers and closing substantial outsourcing engagements with an excellent win ratio.

The salary range for this role is $90k - $120k annually plus commission. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  Actual compensation may vary and could be above or below the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
